1. Program description

The CBS Hub Schedule Notifications program is an optional employee text-message service operated by Conveyor Belt Service, Inc. ("CBS," "we," "us," or "our"). It sends transactional workforce notifications to current employees about published work assignments, schedule changes, reassignments, removals, and cancellations. Messages may include a work date, time, shift type, job number, customer, and short shift title.

The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. Enrollment and consent

Employees enroll by providing a mobile number and signing or acknowledging the CBS employee SMS consent form before notifications are enabled. By enrolling, you authorize CBS and its service providers to send automated schedule-related text messages to the number you provide.

Participation is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on the number of published assignments and schedule changes affecting you. During active scheduling periods, you may receive multiple messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

4. Opting out and requesting help

• Reply STOP to any CBS schedule text to opt out. After confirmation, no further schedule texts will be sent unless you request re-enrollment.
• Reply START to request re-enrollment after opting out, subject to CBS approval and applicable provider rules.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel or change a work assignment. Use normal CBS communication procedures to confirm your schedule or report that you cannot work an assignment.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a mobile number that you control, keeping that number current with CBS, reviewing schedule notifications promptly, and contacting your manager when a message appears incorrect or you cannot work an assignment. Do not forward schedule messages if they contain nonpublic job or customer information.

6. Delivery and availability

Wireless carriers and network providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by device settings, carrier coverage, outages, or other conditions outside CBS's control. SMS notifications supplement CBS Hub and normal company communication; they are not guaranteed to be immediate or error-free.

Do not use this program for emergencies. For an urgent safety issue or emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service and follow CBS safety procedures.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, retain, and share information for CBS Hub Schedule Notifications. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except vendors supporting delivery of the messaging service.

8. Changes or termination

CBS may update, suspend, or discontinue the program and may revise these terms as operational, provider, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate company channel.
