CBS Hub Schedule Notifications

Employee SMS consent

This page documents the complete, optional enrollment process used by Conveyor Belt Service, Inc. for non-marketing employee schedule text messages. It also shows the exact acknowledgment employees receive before SMS notifications are enabled.

How employees opt in

  1. An authorized CBS manager offers the optional schedule-text program to a current employee during onboarding or employment.
  2. The employee receives the acknowledgment shown below, including the program purpose, message frequency, carrier-rate notice, STOP and HELP instructions, and links to the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
  3. The employee voluntarily provides a mobile number they control, checks the consent box, and signs and dates the acknowledgment. The checkbox is blank by default.
  4. CBS retains the acknowledgment and records the mobile number, consent status, consent date, and enrollment source before enabling SMS in the employee record.
  5. If the employee declines or does not complete the acknowledgment, SMS remains disabled. Consent is not a condition of employment.
